Qn: Why ISB after 6 years work ex? After ISB, your peers will be 2 years senior to you.
A: I have contributed and learnt a lot in ITC. Thinking about what will happen in the shorter run is unimportant. I should think about what I can learn how ISB will contribute to my new role.

Qn: What if you were to plan the strategy of Flipkart’s big billion sale?
A: Spoke about marketing activities, asking consumers to keep things in the cart, plan and execution of exact delivery date.
Follow-up Qn: Why is the delivery date important?
A: Gave an example of my plight on one occasion where Snapdeal which took 1 month to deliver and Flipkart which delivers always before time.
Qn: What is your biggest fear in life?
A: Professionally, if I am not contributing and learning in the work place and my position in the organization becomes stagnant. Personally, it would be not spending enough time with family.
