Khushboo, a UCLA PGP Pro alum, developed the Mentor-Consultant framework at ISBmantra, pairing applicants with a former admissions officer as Mentor and an ISB alum as Consultant. Dedicated to fostering student success, she leverages 13+ years of expertise in business operations and strategic leadership to drive impactful outcomes.

Prashant Tibrewal is the founder of ISBmantra and an MIT Sloan Alumnus. Prashant is also on the Board of Directors at AIGAC and a Forbes-featured International Education Expert.

Vikram worked with ISB till May 2013 as Senior Manager – Admissions & Financial Aid. With 10+ years of experience in the education sector, Vikram has spent more than half of his career at ISB. During his stint at ISB, one of his key responsibilities was to evaluate applications and conduct selection interviews. With Alumni and senior ISB officials, Vikram has conducted hundreds of real ISB interviews as a part of the core interview panel.

A M Kannan worked with ISB as the Director, Admissions and Financial Aid and also coached ISB students on career options during his 7 year stint with ISB. He was heading admissions to the flagship PGP program at ISB to ensure quality intake of students. A graduate of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Bangalore, he has extensive industry exposure and uses his 25+ years of experience to mentor students to identify and achieve the right career path.

Naveen has been in academics for the last 25 years, with experience in teaching,
research, student counselling and career guidance. He was engaged with ISB as the
Associate Director - Learning & Development, where he was instrumental in not only
coaching, counselling and guiding the flagship PGP students on their careers, but also in
the pre-admission interactions, interviews and the admissions process. Apart from his
ISB stint, he has held positions of responsibility like Director/Dean at ICFAI Business
School, Hyderabad and Kolkata, and NSHM Business School, Kolkata, Pro Vice
Chancellor, Adamas University. He also worked at Godrej-GE Appliances Ltd. as
Regional Head, and Everonn Education Ltd. as VP (Intellectual Capital). He’s a visiting
professor at reputed institutions like IIFT, Great Lakes, IIM, XIMB, among others. As a
regular speaker in industry-academia platforms, he brings a holistic view on the
managerial knowledge-skill debate. A graduate of IIT Kharagpur, postgraduate of IIM
Calcutta, and doctorate of NLU Jodhpur, Naveen is driven by his passion to work with
the young generation in helping them fulfil their dreams.
